Annette Bening

Oscar nominee Annette Bening was the director’s first choice to play Catwoman in Batman Begins. In the middle of production, however, Bening had to leave the movie due to pregnancy. Just after Bening left, Michelle Pfeiffer stepped up to take her place as Catwoman. As the director had no further time to waste, Pfeiffer even wore the outfits and costumes made according to her predecessor’s measurements.
Eric Stoltz

Iconic character Marty McFly is a well-loved character. However, the face we recognize might not have been the same. Initially, Michael J. Fox’s conflicting schedule made availability a problem. He couldn’t make it to shootings, and eventually, the director gave the role to Eric Stoltz. After filming many scenes with Stoltz, director Robert Zemeckis realized he was too dramatic and lacked the humourous flair needed for the part. Zemeckis again contacted Fox, worked out the schedule conflict, and cast him for the role, as originally planned.
