Unrealistic Standards
The man set unrealistic body standards for himself and used cosmetic surgery to try and reach them. As far as plastic surgery fails go, this one has to be close to the top. How does he fit into a shirt with those muscles? Its nice to see that he has someone who loves him no matter what. He also looks like he had a good body under all the oil implants.
