Football players, on the other hand, will have more high twitch fibres than low twitch ones.

This is also why most men are stronger than most women. Men are said to have 50% more strength in their upper body and 30% more strength in their lower body compared to women. In terms of muscle mass, the difference between both genders is nearly non-existent. Men are stronger simply because they have more body mass.
